I am Chef Jaspreet Kaur – your baking guide. A Gold Medalist pharmacist who left her Ph.D. to pursue passion for baking. Growing up in a small town in Punjab, my exposure to bakery items was limited to market-bought bread and buns.
My interest in hygienic, eggless baking grew when I realized the impact of preservatives and harmful ingredients used in most local bakeries. This motivated me to focus on eggless, healthy, and hygienic baking.
I decided to leave my Ph.D. and chose baking as my career. I became a certified baker to share my knowledge with homemakers and aspiring bakers who want to learn everything from scratch. My aim is to help them open their own cafes, restaurants, and home bakeries, enabling them to become financially independent while working from home.
We believe in WOMEN EMPOWERMENT so that they can be the BOSS of their own business.
